Strategically released just ahead of their mammoth support slot for Ty Segall over the weekend, London's Los Bitchos are keeping our dreams of summer alive on their slightly oddly-titled new single 'The Link Is About To Die'. Featuring glimmering keytar parts, surfy guitar lines and more percussion that you can shake a stick at, the psychedelic new piece follows fellow List Pick 'Pista (Great Start)', which was also produced by Franz Ferdinand's Alex Kapranos. As with all Los Bitchos' offerings to date, vocals are replaced by an intricate interplay between instruments, winding and evolving across the track's near 4 minute duration. Los Bitchos will head out on the road with the infamous Black Lips starting with a show at London's EartH on the 8th of November. -Holly Mullineaux
